This company started off very courteous and helpful until the automatic payments started. After that, each time I called I was given a different person to talk to. Now there's a problem with paper work they did not submit on time and now they will not answer a call or return my calls. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

In late 06 I kept getting info in the mail and already had a good rate on my car financing but decided to see what they could offer. They actually knocked a full percent off my interest rate and lowered my payments for me. They were slow in paying off the old loan but nothing dramatic and it was all taken care of without any problems. It turned out the original loan holder was slow in processing the paperwork and had nothing to do with reficarguys. I haven't needed them for anything since but they did a good enough job for me then. I do think for any future car buys I will just go through my credit union but only because I know them and trust them, not because I had a bad experience here.

They told me my old car loan was paid off, and after I had made two payments on my new loan, someone from REFICARGUYS called me and told me that I would have to stop paying the new loan to save my credit. Then no one would answer my calls. If it had not been for the credit union that had my second car loan, my credit would have been ruined. They are horrible...
