JoyMoves is a Pilates studio in the Westlake Hills area of Austin, Texas. We offer 'classical' Pilates training for individuals and groups in our fully-equipped Pilates studio. The individual training includes Private and Duet Pilates Sessions. The Group training includes Mat/Tower, MVe(TM) Chair and Group Pilates Reformer classes. There are also Half & Half classes (half Group Reformer, half Mat/Tower). The studio has 8 Reformers, 10 Pilates chairs, a ladder barrel and a Cadillac. It is 1,200 square feet in size. All of our classes are taught by Pilates instructors who have been certified by Peak Pilates of Boulder, Colorado. In both 2007 and 2008, JoyMoves was voted "Best of Pilates" by Citysearch website members. The min age to do Pilates at JoyMoves is 13 years old. JoyMoves does not maintain daycare facilities onsite. Various memberships and class pass options are available.

The Joy Moves staff is made up of the most qualified trainers I've ever seen. Even if you've never done a minute of Pilates, they'll get you up to speed quickly, and ensure you're using the right from at all times so you don't have to worry about injury. Plus the classes are so small, it's like having your own private Pilates instructor every time.
I started taking Pilates with them 6 weeks ago, and already my strength, posture, and overall body awareness are unbelievable.
Go to Joy Moves and try them out - you'll be amazed at the results, and you'll actually love "working out" for a change!

I was so impressed by the level of professionalism at JoyMoves. Each instructor really takes the time to get to know you and learn about pre-existing injuries, your fitness level and goals, and what works for your body. I've taken pilates with other instructors and I found the teachers at JoyMoves to be a cut above. They also deliver results: after five months of pilates on a regular basis, I have definition in my muscles, improved posture, and actually look longer and leaner. What's more, the JoyMoves studio is an open, airy loft with clean, sleek lines and fun design accents. Couldn't ask for a better respite from my busy day.

JoyMoves is a wonderful retreat. I love doing my weekly Pilates at JoyMoves because the service is impeccable, the location is ideal, and I love their view from the second story window.
Pros: best pilates in austin
