My vehicle wasn't an insurance claim, so I shopped several auto body shops before choosing Whitakers. As far as estimates go, they were all fairly close, so the deciding factor for me was their great online reviews. I have to say that I was not disappointed in the slightest. These guys actually get it. Best customer service I can recall at any business! And that's what a customer wants; to be treated like your business is appreciated. The manager, salesman, receptionist, even the guy doing the pin-striping were all great. They earned my future business and my referrals. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

You folks painted and attached my new car mirror very quickly so that I could have it to go out of town. Also, your employees kindly added in a few small touches to make the little nicks and dents prettier. That going above and beyond means so much more than just completing a job. Thanks very much!
