Like all Mondays, today this was busy and full of problems to solve. My wife calls me while she was taking my son to preschool. Her turn signals did not work, at all. Her emergency flashers did and from reading on the internet several posts it sounded like the switch in the steering column was out. That sounded expensive and like a pain in the butt to fix. So I called John Shea, down at Japanese Motorsports, we have used these guys in the past for scheduled maintenance and they always treat us right. John said, bring it in and he would help diagnose the problem. I came in and John looked up the wiring schematic on his computer and said that this particular model had two fuses and not one, so I bet it is just the fuse. He helped me find the fuse, and even replaced it for me!
When I asked him how much I owe him for the fuse and the help, he said NOTHING, Just remember us when your next scheduled maintenance comes around. I was blown away. I used his time, expertise, and a fuse and he said just come back... WOW Thanks John now that's service!!!
Pros: Honest and really care!
Cons: none

John-
I should have sent this out last week, but the sentiments are still there!!! THANK YOU!!THANK YOU!!THANK YOU!!
I thought that i was married to the only honest mechanic, but it was very nice to discover that there are a few more out there in the world. You and your staff rank way up there!!
When my car broke down and a tow truck had to be called, i was going crazy. I am from out of town (2 1/2 hours from home) and when the tow truck driver dropped me and my car off at your shop, I went from crazy to panic stricken! The lot was full, the bays were full, and I thought that I would be spending the night at your shop!
My car was immediately diagnosed as having a bad starter, you went and bought the part, and Kevin put the new starter in my car. You guys had me back on the road in no time!
I sent out an email to all my friends in Round Rock and Pflugerville (where we used to live) telling them to bring their cars to your shop. You guys are the best, THANK YOU!!!
Sincerely,
Kathy Boyd
