This started out as a negative review; however I finally reached someone and so they haven't vanished! So, at this point this is pretty much a non-review.
Pros: Solved our IR remote problems with RF system
Cons: Had trouble reaching them, but finally got through

I feel fortunate to have called Lucas first because I got everything I asked for and so much more. Having talked to others, I know I got the best deal around. The installers were very professional and made sure everything was neat and tidy before leaving. I will definitely call them again and would, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone.

If anyone is looking to have a system installed, you could not do better than Lucas. Not only is he a perfectionist, but he has a huge knowledge base on the subject matter of his business. He is professional, yet down to earth. He installed my whole system in 2 hours less than originally quoted, saving me money. Not only can he set anything up and get it installed, but the knowledge that you gain from him is a huge bonus to the price you pay.
In my opinion, you would be a fool to go anywhere but Austin Home System. I cannot wait to use them again for my bathroom!
