Can Not Wait To Go Back!

Though it really is not fair to judge a place on a special event limited menu I was so thrilled by this place that I to write. Valentines was such a lovely experience that we can not wait to rush back for the full service. Matt! Matt! the service you gave was top notch! The wine you selected was perfect. The food. Explosion of flavour! The ceviche was crisp and refreshing the the Lamb Remould was amazing the only drawback being a lack of blue cheese in several of the rolls. but the zip and tang were fantastic. The Mixed Berry WIld Rice Salad had no rice in it But the berries were sweet and yummy and The duck was cooked perfectly ,The small snafus can not take away from the truly delicious flavor of the meal and the fabulous service.

One of a kind in Georgetown

I really like this place. It is probably one of the nicest places in Georgetown, aiming for a niche that historically has to fight to stay alive. I don't think they will have any trouble though. I went here for a few drinks and appetizers with a friend of mine who is a regular, and we both had an enjoyable time. The staff was friendly, welcoming us as the first patrons of the evening. The drinks were well made, and the food was creative and delicious. I look forward to having an entire meal here, and returning for many happy hours in the future.

Pros: Great menu, friendly staff

Cons: Can be hard to find (but worth the search!)

Excellent View and Great Food

I found Siver and Stone while driving through downtown Georgetown. Boy am I glad I did! My wife and I went to the top of the building and enjoyed the best view of the N.Austin in the area. Six stories up and a wrap around porch. I plan on going back and watching the fireworks after the Friday Express games. We both shared the mushroom appetizers and each had a glass of wine. They were fantastic! The mood was causual but not too casual. They also had a band that was playing on the patio to help ease you into the weekend. I do plan on going back for brunch on Sunday. If the brunch menue was as tasty as the happy hour bar menue, I will not be disappointed. I strongly suggest goiing. I give it a 5 star rating and I will return!
