He met me at a time that I could be home. He was on time. He went over the stains until they came up. Was friendly and non-salesy. He will be the only carpet cleaner I ever use from now on.

I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical when the guy said that my carpets would dry in one to two hours, but they did and there was no stiff feeling to the carpet. My house looks great and has stayed clean much longer than with steam.
The technician who came to my home was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who wants their carpets really clean.
