Diana and Cruise Holidays are simply the best service in town. She booked a large group of us on a cruise for Spring Break last year and we had such a wonderful time. She went out of her way to get us the accommodations we wanted and made the entire experience one to be remembered for many years to come ! I also asked Diana to help me book a trip for my 40th birthday and she has gone above and beyond in helping me pick the right destination, resort and travel arrangements. I am definitely NOT low maintenance when it comes to figuring out where and how I want to travel and she has been a pillar of patience in offering suggestions, helping me decide and getting everything taken care of ! I will be calling Diana for all my travel needs - near and far !

Diana and Cruise Holidays are awesome! This was our first cruise, so we had over a million questions before and after booking!! Diana answered them ALL thoroughly and we had several good laughs doing so. BTW...Diana is so friendly and easy going. You'll feel like you're talking with your best friend. She talked us through things like cabin placement.....you don't want that room, it's directly under the pool and the staff will move chairs at 5 a.m. creating lots of noise. Who knew?!?! It's obvious Diana is a seasoned cruiser. She knew everything about everything! Tons of helpful info for a first timer. Bottom line, our cruise was...by far....the best vacation we've ever had. To be honest, we weren't convinced even as we boarded the ship. Diana told us it would be great, but it beat all of our expectations. To all of you thinking of crusing...DO IT and let Diana be your guide!

Diana is a really superb travel agent. She obviously travels a lot herself so she speaks with firsthand authority about many destinations. I have booked 3 very elaborate vacations with her and all have been fantastic. Even when things didn't quite go as planned (missed connection, airline's fault), she jumped in and made alternate arrangements (a wonderful time in Spain) until the ship caight up with us. Then, if that weren't enough, she worked with the travel insurance company and got them to pay me, even though technically they are not legally responsible for missing a cruise due equipment failure on an airplane. Just one example of her firsthand knowledge of destinations came into play in Rome, where she had us guided around town by a guide who knew EVERYTHING-- where to go, history, culture, etc. The guide it so happens is a personal friend of Diana's. You really can't go wrong using Diana's service, and in the unlikely event that things do go wrong, it is nice to know that she is in your corner, rebooking things and even helping with the aftermath when things don't go exactly as planned.
