Accent Travel - (512) 441-7800

My nephew and I had a very complicated travel itinerary in Germany with many small towns I couldn't even find on a map! My agent at Accent, Steve, provided me with MAPQUEST maps with directions, contact numbers for all of my hotels and did it all in an exceptionally short amount of time. I was amazed. Our trip was flawless, everywhere we went they knew us right away. Steve even followed up to ask about our trip and I couldn't rave enough. I don't think we could have done it without him. The other agents even pitched in with "On the ground" information about places they knew about, restaurants, museums, EVEN WHICH ROUTE TO TAKE for beautiful drives. I'll use them again and refer them to all of my friends. They even had EUROS for us to take on our trip. Outstanding!

People are so rude here. You would think that with the way the economy is that a travel agency would be grated to have customers but I guess not. If you want to be ignored or over looked then go here but if you want to be greeted and smiled when you walk in the door look somewhere else. Sorry Sandy, but I gave you many notices about your employees and nothing was ever done.
