We recently learned of this place and went to check it out. Our toddler daughter had a blast on every single ride. She even rode on the real ponies--they have a special seatbelt so that young children can ride safely and I was able to walk next to her. She also loved the little airplanes that had real spinning propellers. It was so fun to finally find a place where our young daughter could actually go on every ride (rather than say, no, sorry, you're too little for that.) It was a hot afternoon, but they have a lot of shade over all of the rides and the park, and two little misters. The park staff are also so friendly and good with the kiddos. Definitely exceeded our expectations, are reasonably priced (no cost to get in, just pay for ride tickets as you go), and we highly recommend them. We will definitely go back and are planning to have her 2nd birthday party there.
An awsome place for kids and adults!

Kiddie Acres amusement park is kind of hidden away, but it is a GREAT place to take your kids. Although the place looks old, everything is in tip-top condition, and safety is placed above all. Although the park is geered to kids under 10, they let the parents ride, walk, or stand with the child (depends on the ride) free of charge.(this can be fun for the adults as well as the kiddos) If a child needs someone with them but no parents can ride, often they will bring an attendant out to stay with the child. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. Their website is kiddieacres.com where it lists all the prices, discounts, birthday party information (great idea!), and open and closed days. Over all, I love this place. It is also a great place for teenagers to find a first job, and they are supervised by the same owners that have been running the place for 28 years.

At first glance, Kiddie Acres looks kind of run down and creepy so we never went there. One day a friend told me about how her kids had a blast there. I decided to take my son there. He had such a great time that we are thinking of having his next birthday party there! They have a mini-golf course, ferris wheel, boats spin in the water, cars that go around, a carousel, pony rides and much more! My son's favorite ride was the train. It was very affordable.
PROS: affordable and fun for small kids
CONS: The rides are safe, but can stand a new coat of paint.
