I had a problem with South Point Dodge. I bought a service contract with them. They sent it to the company and had crossed out my 0 deductible and made it a $200 deductible. They are not honest. Stay away from these guys. They will take your money and leave you stranded. They are one of the worst companies I have ever worked with.

I took my stratus here to get some repairs done, I had the full warranty, so virtually everything was free of charge. However, the service manager was still very helpful and curteous in identifying what needed to be done and asking me what I wanted to do. They also provide a shuttle to take customers home and also to pick them up when the service is complete, which is a huge plus.
