Honest auto-work, Fair price, Good People

The gentleman at Excalibur are some really decent human beings who take pride in their work, they only do auto-work that needs to be done, and they won't over-charge you. In fact, they usually come in under-quote! Both of my experiences with Excalibur have been great. The first time, I took in an a '96 olds with some odd engine problems, and after performing extenisve diagnostics, the lead mechanic took the time to show me exactly what he had done to diagnose it, exactly what the problem was, (a coolant & oil leak due to a deteriorated internal plastic part in the engine) and told me that he could repair it (he provided me a list of all the parts & labor it would require, and each of their costs), but he advised me that it would cost more than the car was worth to fix, and that it would probably be a waste of my money. Then, after all that, he DIDN'T CHARGE ME A CENT for the two-day exaustive diagnostic he did. I was amazed. The next car I took to them had a thrown rod-bearing, and they shopped around for a good motor for me, (they even negotiated the price down from the junk-yard dealer's asking-price by playing multiple yards off of each other) then they came-in under quote on the labor and other parts! Then, when I took the car in for a check-up to make sure everything was running well, they discovered a leak in the intake manifold gasket, and replaced it for FREE! No cost on part OR labor! Talk about excellent, honest service! The gents at Ecalibur will take good care of you.

An honest team

The guys at Excalibur are great. They were able to get me in the next day, diagnosed the problem and repaired my electronics within 90 minutes. The team knows what they are doing and are honest about repairs and pricing. They were much better priced than the dealer (but it was the BMW dealer, go figure). These guys have my business from now on.

Highly recommended
