it's (intentionally) been a couple years since i went to woods, but when i did, i took my suzuki rims (freshly powdercoated) and tires, and bearing spacers. the bearings had to be replaced, so i told them i need new bearings and tires on the rims, and gave them the spacers which they could reuse when putting in new bearings.
when i got them back, i felt around inside for the spacers and they'd forgotten. they'd also chipped the powdercoating after i explicitly told them to be careful. i went back and they said sorry, we'll replace the bearing and put the spacers in this time. they did, thanks.
i'm not sure it would have been fatal to not have spacers between the bearings but i wouldn't want to find out at 65mph on the freeway...
Pros: close
Cons: morons in service dept
High pressure sales tactics

Went in to buy a scooter after they told me the price on the phone. The price went from $1900 to $3000 after they attempted to add extra charges. This place is not customer friendly at all when it comes to buying a bike. After we said we could not afford that price, the salesman went to the manager and miracurously reduced the price by $600 and somehow found a 07' model which we where originally told they had none of. We asked to see the scooter so we could decide on the color, but they insisted that we finish the sales paperwork first. The feeling of them trying to deceive us was enough for us to leave empty handed and never return.
Must be doing really good, 'cuz they didn't seem interested in my money...

I went in, looking to buy a cruiser bike. After about a half hour, I'd looked at every cruiser-style bike they had, thinking that eventually, a salesman would come by and ask the "Hi, how ya doing, any questions?" sort of thing. Nothing. Tried to make eye contact, but couldn't get any, and I wasn't in the mood to beg someone to take my money, so I walked. You might have better luck.
Pros: No pre-sale service, I can only imagine what it would be like after the sale!
Cons: I still have my money!
