Service department can't diagnose correctly & steers toward most expensive option

The service department is geared towards making expensive repairs. Back in 2000, Rick Salinas charged me $1000 to replace an A/C fan clutch. Well the A/C gradually got worse and would not cool just 1 week later. The fan clutch was not the problem. It was the compressor. They didn't guarantee their diagnosis, only parts and labor. So the 2nd diagnosis was another $1000 to replace the compressor. Recently, in 2008, they suggested replacing all 4 fuel injectors rather than just trying to replace the o-rings. Why not try to replace the $2 part before the $140 part? Why not see if your $2 solution will work?
Pros: Super friendly
Cons: Diagnosis suggests most expensive possiblity
Service Department is very Professional Honest, Cheap and Customer Oriented.

From the first phone call, had an outstanding experience with Henna:
Great commication; Get in touch with the person who can help you instantly, no computer menus. they call you back quick and never put you on hold.
Prices on service are the best in town. No selling extras; they'll only do what is needed to your vehicle. T
Enterprise Rental, hot coffee, shuttle service all there, very courteous.
Its everything you expect from a dealer. Will definitely do business with them again.
For comparison, Ben White Automotive wanted over $300 to do the job(4WD module install and program) that Henna charged me $98.95 for. Capital Chevrolet wouldn't even do the job without paying their huge markup on a part. (get what you need from GMpartsdirect . com).
Pros: Price, High Quality Work, Customer Service, Honest Mechanics
Cons: None that I can think of.
