Customer Reviews

Worst arrangement I have ever received.

My boyfriend, who was living out of town at the time, ordered an arrangement from King florist for me, for my birthday. Not only did they send the bear and the arrangement SEPARATELY, but they were nothing like the picture of what he actually ordered. The arrangement he ordered was made of lilies, hydrangea, roses and fresia. The arrangement, if you want to call it that, that I received was only little pieces of hydrangea stuck into a green, floral-foam heart, with a gold tea-light candle in the middle?!? I am a florist. I have been for 7 years but my boyfriend wanted to surprise me and have someone else send me an arrangement. When I showed him a picture of the arrangement he was shocked. I also know the cost of flowers like the back of my hand. He paid $75 dollars for the arrangement and I happen to know that the total they spent making the foam heart, couldn't have been more than 5 dollars. I was very, very disappointed.

After recently moving to Austin, I was looking for a great florist to connect with. I found King Florist after 4 days of being here! They have amazing designs and extremely fresh product. I have had the pleasure of watching them work, and literally every flower is carefully inspected and cleaned before it goes into an arrangement. So many shops now-a-days throw together arrangements just to get them out the door. King Florist is the opposite. They would rather spend extra time and effort in making sure that my arrangements are near prefect before being delivered! Find a Florist in Austin...Check!

WORST FLORIST EVER

I could not be more disappointed. My husband knew both of the prior owners, who delivered amazing bouquets. This year he spent $211 dollars, and if I could show you what they delivered, you'd cry. He told them I love lilies, and they told him they don't have anything other than "teacup lillies", but that's not what we got. For $200 we got 20 calla lillies and a few white carnations. Seriously? Number one, they didn't tell a dude that they would send a tiny funeral arrangement (and by tiny, I mean TINY) nor did they send anything that measured less than 14"high by 14" tall by 5" wide. I sent my mother 24 red roses in an amazing bouquet by a different florist for $100 that was TRULY STUNNING by AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT FLORIST!

Pros: NONE

Cons: ALL OF THEM
