I was amazed with the customer service, the honesty, timeliness, and literally everything about this place. I had my Honda fixed during TX - OU weekend, and it has been running like a champ ever since. They charged me SO MUCH LESS than the jokers down the street from them. The guy who answers the phone totally knows his stuff too !! I will never go anywhere else now.

I took my 98 Honda to Dealership Alternative in December, after First Texas Honda said I needed around $1,800 in repairs. The guys at Dealership Alternative did all the repairs they First Texas said I needed and a few other maintenance things I needed to do -- all for less than half the cost. I went and checked out my new brake master cylinder after the job was done, and sure enough, actual Honda parts. They even took me to work when I dropped my car off. Cons: The place looks kinda run down. The waiting room is blah at best. But the service was good and quick, so I don't mind. I'll definitely be coming back.

I've had a very good experience with Dealership Alternative. I take my 1998 acura there, and while I'm not mechanic, I feel like they treat me fairly. The place was recommended to me by a friend who had his NSX repaired on multiple occasions, and who also had a good experience.
